MonoData is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IBO (International Baccalaureate Organization). Our platform has been developed independently of the IBO and remain so. Which data files the schools should upload in the platform?

Schools upload two files on the platform: IBIS Candidate Results, IBIS Subject Component Results in CSV format.

Is the privacy of our school's data guaranteed?

Certainly. Rest assured, the confidentiality of your school's results and the reports we generate are paramount. If errors are identified in the report, will MonoData address them?

Absolutely! However, it's important to note that we process the data exactly as it appears in the files downloaded from IBIS. Occasionally, we encounter errors or anomalies in these files. Nonetheless, ensuring your satisfaction with our platform and its utility for your teachers and school remains our priority. Please notify us of any errors, and we will promptly rectify them and reissue your reports.
